All welding Engineers Doors can be supplied with electrical operation and a full range of control options.

Roller shutter doors for domestic and light commercial use can be fitted with 240 volts single phase tube motors while 415 volt 3 phase motors are used for industrial applications.

Automatic Operations
Doors can be operated automatically by induction loops set in the ground, radars, remote control or by wiring into triggering circuit e.g. Fire Alarm Circuit.

A wide range of key switches, pull switches etc. are also available.

Closing can be by tripping any of the above devices, or by automatic timer. The delay period before closing can be adjusted to suit the application of the control gear.

Safety Devices
With all automatic operations, protection of people and vehicles from moving doors is of paramount importance.

Our sales engineers will always advise a complete package for any automation project which include safety devices.

Safety photocells prevent the door closing when the beam is broken by an object in the opening, while a pneumatic safety edge fitted to the bottom of the door will send the door away from any object which touches it.

Additional optional safety devices include traffic lights and audible warning sirens so a whole system can be tailored to the requirements of the individual. .
